Guangzhou Goodloog Catering Equipment Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturer specializing in commercial kitchen equipment, hotel supplies and foodservice machines. GoodLoog is supported by strong manufacturing experience and a complete production system.
Our factory is located in Huashan Town, Guangzhou, close to Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport, which provides convenient logistics and export advantages. Since 2010, we have focused on the development and manufacturing of commercial snack equipment and kitchen machines, including egg waffle makers, waffle makers, BBQ grills, electric fryers, griddles, contact grills, crepe makers, sausage machines, burger machines, bain maries, fish ball cookers, popcorn machines, ice crushers, takoyaki makers, taiyaki makers, pizza ovens, chocolate warmers and other commercial kitchen equipment.
With more than 300 product models, GoodLoog products are widely used in hotels, restaurants, cafés, supermarkets, shopping malls, snack shops, food trucks, catering chains and commercial kitchens.
GoodLoog has built a complete production workflow covering sheet metal processing, component assembly, machine testing, quality inspection and final packing. In November 2025, our factory was fully upgraded to the 2.0 production stage. We currently operate six upgraded 2.0 production lines, with a peak daily production capacity of up to 600 units. In 2024, our annual production reached approximately 120,000 machines, giving us strong capability to support bulk orders, OEM/ODM projects, private-label orders and long-term supply programs.
Our company has dedicated departments for R&D, planning, production, testing, quality inspection and quality control. Each machine is tested and inspected before shipment to ensure stable performance, reliable quality and on-time delivery.
GoodLoog has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification. Our products are available with CE certification, and we also have ETL and UL certification resources for the U.S. market. We provide flexible OEM and ODM services, including logo customization, product design, packaging customization, voltage and plug configuration, function adjustment and new product development according to customer requirements.

High-quality service – without exceptions!
1. Any user who buy our products of kitchen equipment series will enjoy 6 months warranty.
2. When you receive the parcel, please check it on the spot. If the machine is damaged, please take photos and obtain a complaint number from the couriers and refuse to accept the machines—they will take the machines back, investigate the issue, and resend the machines after the courier, you, and us have agreed on the solution. If you have signed the courier documents, the courier will consider the goods to be in good condition and will not provide a solution.
3. If the machine broken under warranty, we will send some spare parts for repair, such as heating element, heating plate and thermostat. You just need to pay shipping cost. Video of how to replace parts will be sent to you if needed.
4. You can buy some spare parts. We will send it with machine together so that you could replace in time.
5. If the product is not covered by the warranty, our customer service still warmly serves you. If it needs to replace parts of the product, we only charge the parts fee and transportation costs.
6. One of the following conditions are not covered by the warranty.
A. As consumers use, storage, maintenance, damage caused by improper
B. Product damage caused by improper maintenance of other companies.
C. No valid invoice or proof of purchase.
D.Product damage caused by force majeure.
